Can I send a sign as a gift?
Certainly! During checkout, you can specify the recipient's address and include a personalized message. We'll ensure the sign is beautifully packaged for gifting.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it's been placed?
If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, the customization process may have begun, and changes may not be possible.
What is the typical turnaround time for a custom sign?
We aim to have the sign made and shipped within 5 - 7 business days.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order at any time, just message us and we will be happy to assist.
Do I need to create an account to order?
No, you can create an account if you wish, or you can check out as a guest.
Can I ship my order to an address other than my own?
Yes, you can ship the order to another address other than your own.

How should I clean and maintain my sign?
To clean your sign, gently wipe it with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials to preserve the finish.
How do I hang my sign?
Each sign comes with pre-installed hanging hardware. You'll just need a small nail or two to securely hang it on your wall.
Can I include my own special characters, symbols, or logos in my sign?
We cannot include special characters or logos in the signs.
Will I receive a proof before my sign is made?
We will email you a proof of the text layout for approval before we make your sign.
Can I get a different color other than the ones on the product pages?
The only colors available for the signs are the ones on the product pages.
Can I choose a font other than the one displayed?
The font displayed on the sign product page is the only font available for that specific sign.
Can I hang the sign outdoors, is it waterproof?
The sign is for indoor use only, it is not waterproof.
What types of wood do you use?
We typically use a mix of hardwoods and softwoods. Each product will list what types of wood are used.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. If you encounter any issues with your sign, please contact us within 30 days of receipt, and we'll work to resolve the matter.

Can I pick up my sign from your location?
Yes, Local pick-ups are by appointment only.
Are you able to bring my sign to my home?
Yes, we offer local drop-off to locations around Riverview, Florida. If you have a question about the distance you can contact us.
How much does shipping cost?
We charge a $5 flat rate shipping charge with every order, even if you order multiple signs.
What is your processing time before shipping?
Our standard processing time is 5-7 business days. During peak seasons, processing may take up to 10 business days.
Can I have orders shipped directly to someone as a gift.
Yes you can, just enter the gift recipients address during checkout.
Do you ship internationally or only within the United States?
We only ship within the United States at this time.
Will I receive tracking information once my order is shipped?
Yes you will, as soon as your sign is shipped we will send you the tracking information.
What shipping carrier do you use?
USPS and UPS is our main shipping carriers.
What If my items arrive damaged?
Please contact us as soon as you notice that your sign is damaged, and we will be happy to replace it.

We ship all orders from our location in Riverview, Florida.
