Can I modify or cancel my order after it's been placed?

If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order.

What is the typical turnaround time for my order?

We aim to have your table made and shipped within 7 - 10 business days.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order at any time, just message us and we will be happy to assist. 

Do I need to create an account to order?

No, you can create an account if you wish, or you can check out as a guest. 

Can I ship my order to an address other than my own?

Yes, you can ship the order to another address other than your own.

What types of wood do you use?

We typically use a mix of exotic and domestic hardwoods.

Do you offer a warranty on your products?

We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. If you encounter any issues with your items, please contact us.

Can I pick up my order from your location?

Yes, Local pick-ups are by appointment only.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free.

What is your processing time before shipping?

Our standard processing time is 7 - 14 days.

Do you ship internationally or only within the United States?

We only ship within the United States at this time.

Will I receive tracking information once my order is shipped?

Yes you will, as soon as your table is shipped we will send you the tracking information.

What shipping carrier do you use?

UPS is our main shipping carrier.

What If my items arrive damaged?

Please contact us as soon as you notice that your table is damaged, and we will be happy to replace it. 

Where is my order shipped from?

We ship all orders from our location in Riverview, Florida.

Can I track my shipment?

Yes, once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email to monitor the delivery status.
